Hilsea Ward

Penny has a great team working in Hilsea, lead by Portsmouth City Councillors Frank Jonas, Alistair Thompson and Donna Jones.


Hilsea’s councillors keep Penny regularly up to date with what is happening around the Hilsea ward. regular surgeries are run on a regular basis so the public can easily engage with their local Conservative councillors.


Penny is often seen in the Hilsea ward knocking on doors, speaking to residents, helping with improvements and social action projects that she has organised.


Penny is also looking forward to seeing the plans for the new wall around Gatcombe Park, which the local councillors secured recently.


Other improvements and victories in the Hilsea ward include ‘Lollypop ladies’ for school road crossings on the busy London road by northern parade and removal of graffiti all over the ward.
