Portsmouth North schools win bid funding from central government.

Dear Penny, Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) 2020-21. On 29 June the Government announced that £560 million of additional condition funding would be made available this year to maintain and improve the condition of the school estate. This is in addition to the £1.45 billion already provided for school maintenance in the financial year 2020-21. Yesterday I received the following correspondence from the Post Code Lottery: Hello Penny, I thought you would be interested to know that four People’s Postcode Lottery trusts will be open for funding applications on Tuesday 4th of August. Local good causes and charities in your constituency will be able to apply for funding of up to £20,000 until Wednesday 19th of August.
